I subscribed but the app isn't unlocking
Force-quit StopMe and reopen. If still locked, tap Restore Purchases in Settings, or email us with the email tied to your Apple Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the App Store, tap your profile in the top right, tap Subscriptions, find StopMe, tap Cancel. Apple processes the cancellation.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. All vault photos and voice recordings stay on your device — uninstalling the app removes everything. We never have copies.
